After a month and a half’s worth of emails, I *finally* got a reply from BellSloth on my DNS issue. The buggers sent me an automatic (computer generated) reply!

I quickly replied and politely requested that they remove their head from their posterior orifice and re-read my friggin’ emails! Calling their office gains me little, save major irritation and a headache. Plus the low-tech monkeys that answer the phone tell me that there “are no problems reported for” my area. (If that is so, then why do I keep calling/emailing you? Duuuuuuuuuh!)
Charter is looking better and better every damned day.
