Re: WP categorizing – in the WP software settings (under Options, Writing) I have my default post category set to that. I never use that category when I’m composing from within WordPress, so it automatically tags that category when posts come in from other sources (which would always be my Helio Ocean in this case).

The gun show was fun. I’ll definitely need to save up some “allowance” to buy myself a nice shiny toy.

Re: Theme Switcher – don’t feel bad, I haven’t been able to get that working on any of mine yet. More than likely some of its code is outdated and the WordPress hooks that it’s looking for aren’t in use anymore by the software. I’m really wishing someone comes out with a newer version soon! (and really surprised that this kind of feature hasn’t been built into WordPress already!)

Re: Google Sitemaps – what’s going on there? That one’s usually pretty self-sufficient unless there’s a permissions problem (meaning it can’t write to your directory or update files) or something like that.

Out of curiosity, how did you set up mobile posts to automatically categorize under your “posted from Helio Ocean” category? Or is this something that is easily done that I just probably won’t be able to figure out how to do (like the Theme Switcher and Google Sitemaps plugins I can’t seem to get working?)

I have never been to a gun show!
