"being a christian I have forgiven him"- pleez... capitalize the word Christian sir.
"and I believe ladies watch thier language"- but not men? Chauvinist bastard.
"the City Attorney and the Police Cheif were replaced"- yah so you and Langford are bump buddies... whatever. Ms. Nunn is the first real police CHIEF in a very long time.
"As far as your “Asshole” comment it speaks volumes about your character"- yes, SHE is a character and I find it amusing that you can capitalize Asshole but not Christian. I guess Asshole is a proper name...
Forgive the flames Nicki. That pissed me off. Happy Thanksgiving.

I suppose I could consider myself lucky (or unlucky, depending on how you look at it) in that I have been on both sides of this argument. But I didn't approve your comment to incite a flame war. You are entitled to your opinion, Mr. Major. That said, I'd like to thank you for stopping by and commenting. Have a happy Thanksgiving.

I do not know if you were on the jury or not but, I hope and pray you are never arrested and falsely accused. I feel sorry for you if you did listen to the case and all you walked away with is that I felt owed. My suit was not about money (although, I did have to pay money to obtain council to defend my self against charges that should have never been brought and significant damage was done to my reputation) The case was about making suring when the police arrest someone (anyone including you or someone you care about) and take their freedom that at a minimum they take the time to make sure the person they arrest infact committed a crime. If you did listened to the case you would know that no investigation ever took place. If you were a decent person the fact that there was no investigation but there was an arrest would outrage you. As far as your "Asshole" comment it speaks volumes about your character. You do not know me and I believe ladies watch thier language. And I hope in your discussions with Bently of the city of Birmingham you asked if his position was so righteous why he and his witnesses felt the need to lie repeatedely to the jury. If you were in the court room truly looking for justice that fact would have bothered you. Shamanda Joseph was named in my suit she avoided being served and therefore the charges against her were dismissed by the court. What you do not know is Officer Anger apologized for his actions and being a christian I have forgiven him. I never touched anyone and I thank God he saw fit to remove you if you truly were a part of the jury. The jury verdict sent a loud and resounding message that the cities behavior is unexceptable in a civilized society. The City if they wish can waste more of the taxpayers money attempting to avoid taking responsiblity but, I am committed to making sure that they take full responsibility for the damage that their actions caused. You also may not know that tuesday following the friday verdict the City Attorney and the Police Cheif were replaced and it puzzles me why you would like the city to avoid being responsible for their actions. The only way to secure your rights and freedoms is to protect my rights and freedoms.
